DENTAL IMPLANTS

A dental implant is actually a root replacement, and unlike the root of a tooth, it is actually fused to the bone of the jaw. A crown is attached to the implant and becomes a standalone tooth, functioning and appearing just like the natural tooth you have lost. By contrast, a fixed bridge is a tooth restoration that is fixed in place by attaching to the natural adjacent teeth, which provide support on either side.

LASER

Instead of using the traditional hand drill we use a laser instrument which allows us to do White fillings, Cold sores, Oral Surgery, Perio Surgery, and Extractions.

VENEERS

Dental veneers are super thin, flexible porcelain liners designed to cover the front surface of any teeth that may be discolored or misshapen to improve its appearance. The liners bond to the teeth, changing their color, shape and size, and are more stain resistant than an actual resin tooth.

CROWNS

A dental crown is a tooth-shaped cap that completely covers the visible portion of a natural tooth above the gum line. Their purpose is to restore the natural tooth’s shape and size, strength, and to improve its appearance.

BRIDGES

A dental bridge is made up of two anchoring teeth on either side of a gap these are called abutment teeth. Inside the gap sits the false tooth, called a pontic, which can be made from gold, alloys, porcelain, or a combination of these materials. Adversely, a dental implant can be used to replace multiple teeth without the support of adjacent healthy teeth. Implants are fused to the jawbone and become a permanent fixture, lasting a lifetime with little maintenance required.

SMILE MAKOVERS

Redisign your smile with us, we will be using Orthodontics, whitening, bonding, prcelain Venerrs as well as a gum lift if needed. For more details do reach out to us.

DENTURES

A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and the surrounding tissues. You can choose complete dentures for when all the teeth are missing, or partial dentures for when a few natural teeth still remain. Your dentist will makes a series of impressions and take measurements of your jaw to cast a test denture, then assess its color, shape and fit before creating the final denture.

ROOT CANALS

A root canal repairs and saves a tooth that is badly decayed or has been infected. The nerve and pulp of the tooth are removed, then the tooth is cleaned and sealed to prevent further decay and infection.

INVISALIGN

If you aren’t satisfied with your teeth but the thought of wearing braces has stopped you from making a change, Invisalign is perfect for you! Invisalign uses clear, plastic alignment trays to gradually move your teeth into their prescribed position. The trays are practically “invisible”, comfortable, and removable during meals. You will get a new set of custom-made trays approximately every two weeks during treatment. You will end up with the beautiful smile you desire without the hassle of a mouthful of metal!

TEETH WHITENING

There are a number of methods to choose from when it comes to whitening your teeth. Choose from whitening toothpastes, over-thecounter gels, rinses, strips, trays and other products you can get from your dentist. Another option is in-office bleaching, an expensive but highly affect treatment that yields dramatic results.

ORAL SEDATION

Everyone wants a beautiful smile but there are many people who suffer from dental anxiety, feeling extreme fear that keeps them from attending dental visits. Dr. Katz wants all patients to receive excellent dental care in spite of their dental anxiety. To this end, we offer sedation dentistry to ensure the comfort and oral health of our patients. If you suffer from a fear of dentistry, schedule a consultation with Dr. Katz to learn about the types of sedation we offer, including oral sedative and nitrous oxide.

NEEDLESS APPLIANCE

There are a number of different sleeping appliances on the market today for treating obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. Some devices are meant to move the lower jaw forward, while others are tongue retaining appliances. Both varieties help reduce the likelihood of the sleeper’s tongue falling backward and blocking the airway. Despite their retainer-like appearance, sleeping appliances are said to be quite comfortable.

Reviews

“I highly recommend this place, the Dr and staff are extremely helpful and friendly they make you feel that you are part of a family not just another patient.
Thank you for the great experience and quality work you have done on my teeth. I am usually apprehensive about needles and it was no sweat at all. In fact, I am ready for the next needle, thanks to your gentle touch. My family and I have been pleased with your professional, yet personable, service.”

– Sam M.
